  1. Of course you can - Welcome
  2. I hope they end up ok, but Some of the stories I have are positively Darwinian....
  3. Apologies - sniping a type between work bits and bobs I meant U.K. population - but the London density I knew was bad, but those figures are startling. The U.K. fits into Canada about 40 times and into Texas just under 3 times. Loved the time I spent in Vancouver and BC
  4. Covid: 400-person wedding party in Stamford Hill broken up by police https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-55764673 sneaky suspicion stuff like this will be the cause........
  5. Well Australia seemed to relax the rules of entry to allow Tennis players in, thereby blocking actual nationals coming home......nicely done. With all that is said you have to take on board, but just country geography (island vs mainland, thoroughfare hub vs final destination) but population alongside green space. New Zealand does well because, you go if you are going, and they have an outside space and are not crammed Cheek to cheek like we are in the U.K. I think More people in London than in the whole of Canada, Bonkers
  6. This amp is lit buy with confidence

  10. If interested a quick flat vs quarter sawn https://www.suhr.com/quarter-sawn-vs-flat-sawn-maple-necks/
  11. Probably the intrinsic quality of the wood used
  12. Finding you and dishing out justice counts as an essential journey
  13. Yeah it’s really cool, Spotify is tuned differently if you use that to play along to, but I thought the videos would be cooler where there is footage
  14. @Reggaebass morning buddy, you know I love a bit of funk If you want space and groove.... Get your squelch on with this And a song named after you @CameronJ is a very funky man - I hope he chips in for you
  15. Trudat - overall the CB is probably actually a better compressor for bass
  16. Wish I kept my Cali76G now - sort of!
  17. Looks reet nice that
  18. Good to remember that Chunky don’t mean clunky, depending on the radius and your hands it can be chunky and funky
  19. Exactly - the world was flat till they rounded it
  20. Absolutely
  21. Don’t be afraid - neck makes a difference definitely
  22. Basschat is practically a soap opera
  23. No worries - for Rounds I use DR Hi Beams. Flats TI I have used TI Jazz rounds and they may provide a nice inbetween
  24. Depends exactly what you want - to strip a bass is every easy heat gun, sand paper powered or otherwise and a bit of elbow grease and patience. Depending on the wood you may need to grain fill which can be tinted or not and then it’s your choice, natural or colour. Within colour there is of course block metallic, sparkle, swirl, burst all achievable some more difficult than others. If you want a simple block colour finish of good quality, it is very easy to achieve yourself with a good quality nitro can - there is a lot you can do yourself, even the stripping to decrease cost if you don’t want to spray. Whats the worse that can happen if you spray wrong? You sand it back and go again!
  25. Kids and animals have an absolute laser for these things for sure
