Jazz question

I never found it to be a problem If it gets in your way just lower it
5. i found him very inspirational. At the time I was slowly realising that the six string was not for me and his bass was the first I really noticed.
6. Staff kept telling them, they ignored staff Bankers
7. Back home now after an eight hour oddesey Huge thanks to the builders at premiere inn for making my disabled child run the gauntlet of all their noise despite me asking them repeatedly to stop just long enough for us to enter the building without her being in obvious distress And they used all the disabled spaces as well. everyday
8. I don't think it's reliced enough Oh hang on, yes it is. It's perfect. GLWTS

10.
Anybody else with me that thinking the dead spot problem is wildly over exaggerated? Yes, there are basses with dead spots... but there are not in abundance like basschat folklore would suggest?
I've never owned one
11. I'm here now mister. Looking for guitar shops and the like. I saw a few six strings in a window somewhere in Paignton but that could have been a crack converters
12. Any shops to recommend ?
13.
+1 to all the good things said above about meeting Basschatters for deals, or even just a drink, and attending bashes. Honourable mention for the London Bass Guitar Show too, which is teeming with Basschatters every year. And don't forget the non-bass-playing other halves. I have met Mrs CamdenRob, Mrs Grangur, Mrs Sharman, the lovely soon-to-be Mrs Dave Swift, as well as Mrs Hamster and Mrs Silverfoxnik, and found them all supportive, great fun and always willing to help out.
I forgot ms bluejay who tracked me down in the ground floor of Westminster bridge mac Donald's, despite zero mobile signal
14. I've met grangur, gremlinandy, homer and walman (I think). All have been top. I work with Norris.
15.
Gentle negative term, don't think there is a US equivalent.
Difficult, awkward, martinet, hardass, jerk, dickwad
16. no, quite right. I'm also a little uncertain why they would be turned over so quickly.
17.
I've heard that but does it not leave it unfinished and vulnerable?
I just use a fresh dish sponge (the rough green side) and take the shine off
18. i'm in the outskirts of mansfield - but not for much longer. Whitwell is sadly a little far as I have to work around child bedtimes and be available quickly in case they wake.
19. Quite enjoyed that actually
20. I'm assuming that's in welsh ? Even though I don't understand it, It's a beautifully done song and she can both sing and play ** in small print ... nice looking lady as well. (In a nice way)
21. is that a recent picture ? I know he's so talented and everything, I just find him personally very annoying.
22. I'd echo some of the above, very competently done (well done to Sybil also), I wouldn't choose to listen to this style myself but I can appreciate something done well.
