I’d just buy an active control with same number of controls and a passive switch- they aren’t silly money. Artec possibly ? any obvious loose wires ?

Very early - mine is 2004 and this looks “primitive” compared to mine and the modern version - mine has the MM pickup and is fatter at the body and headstock good bass though -

I’m glad mine isn’t, he was a total Canute (not the word I want to use). I had a psych appointment yesterday and a lot of stuff came out about my childhood that I’d buried very deep. “Complex deep trauma” the psychiatrist called it. Think Dv, think abuse, coercive behaviour, sociopathic acts and you’re maybe halfway there

Yes that’s him- be aware that this set is also for guitar so they’re quite small but similar in size to geddy’s. Discard the four or so spares I had expected big old stickers that mostly filled the spaces between frets but these are smaller. Still very convincing though

I’ve had that too, with an obviously Whingy and vexatious buyer trying to get a freebie. She didn’t like the colour (fair enough) but sent it back damaged and smelling of cigarette smoke
