    Anyone use an EQ pedal in front of their R400. I had issues with booming notes on my last gig so just wondering if anyone else has and if an EQ pedal solved and if so, which one Soooo many questions 🙂

    So played a pub gig on Friday, had problems with some notes booming. A when played at 5th fret was the worst, got round it by playing very softly or playing open A near the bridge. My amp is a Handbox 400 so there isn't an EQ on the amp. I was playing my Mike Lull M4V which is active, but playing in passive mode as the active mode wasn't working for some reason, even with new batteries. This particular pub is a bit tricky for sound as we had a few issues with the PA. Any thoughts anyone? Should I buy a graphic EQ for my board? Ive tried a Boss GB7 in the past and didn't like it as it seemed to act more like a pre-amp. The amp was going through 2 12 inch cabs, a Handbox and a DHC, so was operating at 4ohms. Not sure if that's a factor.

    Spider cases 3u rack bag. Comes with a 1u 12v rack light (no psu) Bit of wear on one corner but all zips work without snags or kags Collection from Nottingham area or meet up if not too far. I'll be in High Wycombe 1st & 2nd July if that helps

    SOLD Gator 4u Rack case. All the catches work properly and there isn't masses of gig rash on the body or end caps I'm in Nottingham so can meet up if not too far for a few squid to cover petrol/sweets/mickey D's I could ship it but would have to find box/get rates etc. so budget £15-20

    Bass Collection basses are fab. I've had both the power bass and the Bruce Thomas Profile bass. Excellent both of them, not sure why I sold either of them tbh....oh yes, I remember GAS!

Purchased a couple of years back from @WAYNESWORLD of this parish and only used at home I've used his pics - hope that's ok @WAYNESWORLD The pickup is split coil with 2 volume knobs which allows a bit of tonal variation. Sound and playability is great for such a low-cost bass.     Bass Collection Power Bass Now Sold. 1 hour....is that a record? In very good used condition. It's had an upgraded loom fitted with upgraded pots and a green Russian PIO capacitor. Sounds like a pbass with a bit of 'grand piano' edge. Includes the strap if you need it. No case but will be securely packed for shipping by courier at your cost or collect from Nottingham or reasonable distance meetup.

    Went to see Remi Harris at Peggy's Skylight in Nottingham last night. He's touring his Peter Green tribute show. He is an awesome guitarist and the band are pretty good too. If you like Peter Green/Blues music, I'd recommend catching this. https://www.manoftheworldmusic.com/
