3. For Sale £180 posted (UK only, not Highlands or other remote areas) TC Electronics BH500 Head Very little use...I've gigged this less than 5 times. I have the original box and will be packed very well No trades as I already have my replacement rig sorted I'm in Nottingham SOLD PENDING
4. Thanks for the advice all......I think I'll just use two psu's
5.
Nope. You can supply a device with excess current but NOT excess voltage. You could make one easily enough using an LM7812 voltage regulator - they can be had for pence.
Hmm...with my soldering non-skils it would be anything but easy
6. Is there a cable which would allow me to run a 12v pedal off an 18v supply?
7. Only just seen this thread so belated congratulations on your impending parenthood. By the way, I'm not sure it's good practice to keep baby on your pedal board.....you said you're making room for the baby!!!
8. I'm thinking of 'pulling the trigger' (sorry, been on talkbass too much) on one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/322483781996?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT He'll make custom ones....I've asked for 1 for three pedals which he'll do for £27.50 posted. If nothing else it could be useful for fending off punters demanding 'play some Oasis' Nothing wrong with Oasis of course
9. Jus played an open mic gig where the bass rig was a vintage Ampeg SVT 200 driving an Ampeg 8x10 Just pure unadulterated bass groove joy. Trouble is they weigh a ton.....but still!!!
10. This is an unusual one Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252885976382
11. My mate bought one of John Le Voi gypsy jazz guitar...beautifully made thing and sounded wonderful. I too would like to 'go naked' but would be very unsure with no fret markers...I suppose they could be added?
12. I've used mine for playing tunes off my phone through my rig (great for parties) Well made bit of kit......and everyone wants to know what the f*ck it is?
13. I've recently acquired one of these terrific amps Higly recommend......and they go up to 11....!!!!
