1. Try some Richard Rodney Bennett.
 2.
Anyone who thinks a 13A fuse instead of a bolt is going to save them from a nasty shock is, er, in for a nasty shock. I also find it hard to believe that a metal bolt could be glowing red hot while the consumer unit fuse had not blown or even the house wiring cabling to the socket had not burned through first. But these sort of anecdotal stories abound.
Fuses help prevent fires not electrical shocks, although they can reduce the effect of a shock by breaking the circuit quickly.
 3.
Something that you don't mind hearing repeatedly?
4.
OK, thanks I've had a listen to the show now. I think Kate (couldn't make out her surname) is talking nonsense. It's highly unlikely that a promoter would put on a show where "most of the tickets were guestlist" ... unless the promoter is (or connected with) the artist. I'd be interested in seeing a few details of that gig.
I do plenty of gigs with unlimited reduced price guest lists. I would say most of the audience were on those lists. Maybe that's what she meant.
 5.
Totally agree with this having used them several times. Their only Achilles heel.......... they really do not do good trade in deals - at all!
Agree about the trade in deals. I swapped a Breedlove steel string for a lovely Finlayson classical. But I'd have had to sell the Breedlove on here or eBay, so I suppose it's less hassle for less money.
 6. They are excellent. I had lovely and knowledgable customer service from them every time.
 7. Thanks man! Glad you enjoyed them
 8.
Again, thanks everyone for taking part -- it's been great hearing the new versions, and I hope some of the comments have been useful.
Fabulous mix notes! It's very kind of you to share all that, and take the time to do so.
 9. Masterful reggae from Cornwall, Daddy Teacha & The Rooticals, featuring BC's 'Rasta' on bass. I loved this when I first heard it as a newish member and I still do.
 10. I think a bit of chat is important in most cases. Kit chats and swears a bit and sometimes offers to buy a pint for the first person to correctly name a cover we do. She gets a good response and we sometimes get some interaction with the crowd going on. The whole band interact with each other and we'll often laugh at a mistake or what Kit's doing or saying. It feels good, we have good times on the stage. I like to see bands interacting with the audience. Feels more like an event than just seeing a band.
 11.
Heresy! Burn him - he's a witch!
Yes! Bum him! He'll soon get the picture! And if you PM me your address and a time I'd love to watch through the wardrobe keyhole while you do it.
 12.
You think you're a clever f*cker, don't you?
Also 15 years out of date wid de jive talk Seriously, I'm not a clever f***er, I just typed it inna anagram website.
 13. Mine is 0mm x 0mm x 0mm
 14.
My house is around the corner from the gallery... I'm heading down there in a couple of weeks to try out the Vanderkley cabs when they come in. If you fancy a trip I'd value a second opinion.
Oh you poor sod! The office isn't ready yet and we'll be moving there in 5 weeks, but I'm sure I can time a another safety meeting to collide with your Gallery visit
 15. Some great replies on here. Thanks

 19. My new office is around the corner from the Bass Gallery. Any tips regarding self discipline?
 20.
hmmm, lovely, a perfect brother for my 83 P. If i only had an Idea how to arrange a courier to germany ...........
I'm sure I can sort something out mate. But you'd need to buy it with the Fender SKB case for me to confident of it getting to you safely. So £950 plus shipping. Let me know if you're still interested and if you are, PM me your address so I can work out shipping options and costs. Cheers, Nigel.
 21. Yep, get it done at the Gallery. Wenge is nasty to work with and it splinters easily. Personally speaking, I'd pick up a Warwick neck somewhere and get that one defretted and fitted by Martin at the Gallery. I've swapped necks on Warwicks and they should fit perfectly.
 22. Pleased with this. From a Kit Richardson gig in Hoxton a week ago. First vid with us all doing our recently implemented backing vox. Probably my last gig with the 1983 USA Jazz Kate, the violinist nearest Kit, broke her left wrist on the tube two hours before this vid, that's dedication! 23.
Hey Nige, others have had that problem. There's another link on post 9 above that does work. Cheers Clarky!
Super! Thanks mate. Voted for you and Dodge Bros.
