1.
Oh come on Brian, there's no shame in using your given name. Be proud!
I'm a Bryan and it is nothing to be proud of. Crap name.
2. Good to see there are a few of us round these parts, and hello meatbag!
3. Just put an aged pearl on my candy apple red p bass, gives it a lift without being too much. Would look great on the blue.
4. In: mim precision bass with seymour duncan quarter pounders. Out: fender rumble 100w 2x10. Learned: After finding a gorgeous candy apple red p bass, falling in love and modding it to make it mine i've ended up with a bass that sounds remarkably similar to my existing Schecter elite with EMG HZ's! Made me remember how much i love my Schecter 😍 Also selling my fender rumble when i needed some funds made me sad. Best amp i've owned, sounded great but i miss it's red led's that pulsate as you play most of all!!!
5. If you are still looking... http://www.guitarguitar.co.uk/bass_guitars_detail.asp?stock=15010913094858 Good price for a new bass in the sale.
6. About as far away from me as it get's! I'm up in Manchester. Bit too far to pop over.
7. I had a play on one of these in a music shop, really liked it. May be interested, Where are you based?
8. I kinda wish mine only had 4 strings! Them's a nice pair of basses.
9. Can't see one on here yet so here goes! My stiletto elite 5 in dark cherry. I fell in love at first sight.
10. For when i feel loud, my Schecter She Devil comes out to play!
11. I am a bit obsessed with my local, pop in every week. You just never know what you will find! They do usually try it on by charging too much at first but give it a couple of months and the price steadily drops. You have to play the waiting game and pounce at the right time before somebody else does. I bought an ESP LTD D-4 there last week for £210, absolutely mint condition, like new. But yes, they are awash with crap instruments that make me sad.
12. Just joined this shiny forum, only polite i say hello. I see from other threads i should really be called Mark, Steve or Dave and i will consider a name change to fit in better but till then i'm Bryan. I started playing bass a couple of years ago after my mate got a new guitar and i fell in love with it. Have since convinced him to part with it and i admit i sometimes play that as well as my bass (sorry if that is against the rules here) I always preferred the bass in songs! So anyhoo, after owning my first bass (a purple Peavey Millenium ACBXP) for ten days i knew bass was for me and upgraded to my current love, my Schecter Stilletto Elite 5. Have been learning when i can find the time and hope to carry on enjoying it muchly for many years to come. So hello all from breezy Manchester.
