Loving watching this develop, blue flake will be awesome. I've put an original Ernie Ball pre amp in mine that I picked up off eBay, I had to make the cavity slightly bigger though. Just awaiting a EB pick up soon, although it's 90% sounding Stingray sounding with pre amp alone. Is the Status neck a direct swap?
