Time to sell my lovely Corvette $$ which I've owned and played for around 4 years. Finished in Nirvana Black. German made in 2007. Body Swamp Ash Ovangol Neck with Wenge fretboard. Jumbo brass frets in good condition. 34" scale Weighs around 10lbs, nicely balanced. Huge flexibility with the twin humbuckers which can be run in series, parallel etc. Great tone to punch through the mix. Got my eye on something so, straight sale please. In good condition, some buckle rash where the neck is bolted, and a few small marks on the body and rear of headstock. Fitted with Warwick Straplocks. Same here - I have a identical 4 string - got loads of compliments on the sound last weekend - agree re the weight. Mine is a shade under 8lbs so still v light. Great price too! GLWTS

Well it's the first time I've seen a S1 in this colour - thank goodness it's a 4 otherwise my bank balance would be getting a large dent! Someone will surely snap it up at this price. GLWTS and have a bump 😄

Very nice - I have the same model in black. These are very high quality, reliable basses with a thundering B string, and punchy mids. Top end is great for slap with the EQ turned up. GLWTS 😄

I bought this lovely bass from the legendary Harry (!) last year, but have hardly used it, and discovered that I am really a "Warwick" man!! 50% of the proceeds are going towards my new keyboard, and the other 50% towards a new Community Centre in Chelmsford that out church is setting up. It is in excellent condition, the lacquered finish is unmarked, and it comes with the Fender hard case, and all the case candy. The bass itself is fitted with Warwick strap-locks, and the Warwick strap-lock buttons are on the leather Fender strap. The original strap-locks are in the case. It plays beautifully as you would expect, and there is no wear at all. I'm not the greatest camera-man, but I've attached some pictures. I'm not planning on posting it, but it is available for collection/viewing at my home near Ongar Essex, CM5. I also travel to London regularly so could meet for a hand-over. Payment either by PayPal or cash on collection.

Hi Russ, If this is still up for grabs, can you confirm whether it is an ABS case or actually the one in the link, which is to some kind of softcase - I'm a bit unsure as the title says "hard case". Cheers David
