4.
^^^^^^HAHAHAHA, This thread is win. If i had the dosh id have this off you straight away. you have an awesome looking, and most probobally sounding pedal board ive seen/not heard! I wants.
Thanks, I'd have to say yes, it does sound awesome Definitely looking to let this go now, so offer me something, you just might end up with a Deep Impact!
5. I relieved Rowbee (ooh er missus!) of his Diago Daisy Chain. Very good communication, with prompt updates through out the deal - An absolute pleasure mate. I hope our paths cross again some day, as I couldn't hope for a better seller All the best!
6. Bump!
7.
Off topic but what do you think of the Mutron on the whole... I'm thinking of grabbing one myself.
The Mutron is quite simply the best filter ever made. Simplicity in operation and the most musical filter sounds ever created IMO! Bit big and hard to power, but grab yourself a couple of GigRig virtual batteries and you can run it off a 9v Supply (this is what I do and it works a treat). You might want a True Bypass loop or have it modded because the Bypass is crap - but all in all it's the greatest! I'll let you know if I come to sell it and you haven't got one yet!! Hell, you're only in Essex...If you want to pop round and try it be my guest!!
Also off topic, but what's the silver unlabelled one with 4 knobs?
It's a modded Russian Big Muff, made by our very own Toasted. Loads of beefy bass fuzz...No low end loss whatsoever!
8. So naughty in fact, that I'm very much leaning towards letting it go!! Please keep the offers coming folks, you never know, you might strike it lucky!!
9.
I'll swap it for your Mu-Tron? I do covet that thing...
You'll swap my Deep Impact for my Mutron? Done!
10. So, I have this rare and sought after synth pedal. It's not getting the use that it deserves. But on the other hand I'm a snob and like to have it just because it's there if I ever do need it. So this is just a feeler. Not sure I want to sell, but I need some money, so thought I'd see if anyone can tempt this out of my fingers. IF I were to sell I'd want cash, but please run your trades by me just in case, as you never know!! Can be seen here:
11.
Ok here we have a recently serviced EA iAmp 600 with built in Sabine Tuner. It pumps out 300w at 8 ohms, or the full 600 at 4 ohms. Very clean and HiFi sounding, with lots of tonal control. It's a really nice head, I'm just looking for something a bit dirtier!
The fault that the Tech "fixed" has decided to surface again I'm not sure what the problem is with it, it's most probably a faulty input jack, as everything else works fine. It's been working great since I got it back and has only just decided to start throwing a wobbler. Make me an offer if anyone wants to take it off me in this condition and get it working themselves? I welcome you to come round and have a play, just to show it IS working, just has a small fault!
12. You change basses too much
13.
James, I hefted these about a fair bit at the Bassmerchant the other day when I bought my AG500 - I had actually gone there to A/B the DB112 against my GS112 with the intention of buying new cabs They are perfectly manageable in the 12" format, it's the 2x10" and upwards that starts to get heavy quickly. I certainly wouldn't worry about the weight of these and I have a pretty bad back. Lovely little rig lowfer, congratulations I loved the sound of the DB's and felt they suit my tastes slightly better than the GS's but I was chatting to another basschatter at the time who made me realise that they might not be all that rugged for lugging around to gigs etc with the cloth grilles and peened corners so I decided to stick with the GS112's... Still, good excuse to have bought the AG500 instead! J
Hi mate, Thanks for the advice. That's the main reason I was going for the 12's. They seemed pretty small and light, yet not compromising any of the sound for their weight. Just gotta find me some second hand ones! Looking to get one with a tweeter and one without, so that if I use one cab I got a choice of tweeter or not, and if I use both cabs, it'd act like a 212 with 1 tweeter Cheers (sorry for the thread hijack!!)
14.
Sorry, but who names a colour Chocolate Thunder? All it does is serve to conjure up an image of having an epic fart and following through.
Well, it certainly does now...
15. Tilt that thing the right way up you nutter, you'll rip the chocolate off!! I'm thinking of grabbing me 2 of these cabs and an AG500, would you say they are THAT heavy?
16. Lol - Yeah I kinda neglected the 610 side of things! Haha Good luck mate, hope you find the right cab!
17. And also how funny, I'm trying to shift my EA iAmp 600 because it's too "clean" for my tastes. If I was going for a more Hifi tone i'd have no problems keeping it. Just want something a little dirtier, that's all If this deal falls through consider me interested!
18. I knew something like this would happen! Unfortunately my 1x15 should be going to a new home on Sunday. I'll let you know if for some reason the deal doesn't go ahead. Now, interested in a 4x10?
19. The only thing that puts me off is that there has been quite a few of these being sold, when they are relatively new amps. What's wrong with them?
20. ARGH!!! GAS ALERT! GAS ALERT!
21.
PM reply sent.
I didn't receive anything. Try sending again?
22. That's right, you do have mine Matt. Sorry for the confusion
23. I think I may have sold it to who ever you got it from mate - Don't remember any trades for EHX stuff
