    Apologies. I did not send you a PM just posted on your thread . I'm assuming the bottom case is 2u. I need it to fit an Ashdown Abm 500 chrome rack mount head. £28 posted is very reasonable but I need to know if my head will fit into it. Have you got any photos of that particular case ?

    Wow !! Just out of interest what's the serial number of this ?. I have the exact same bass, same colour. Never seen another one other than Mark King's five. His is number 54. Mine is 45 ( See Photo ) GLWTS great bass for a bargain price. [attachment=241408:t bass 5.jpg]

    I have the exact same bass as this. Number 66. Can't understand that if it's the original electrics it has a stacked Treble & Bass control ?

    I'm amazed this is still available. A lot of bass for this money. If I didn't already own one I would be snapping this up. Don't lower the price anymore Bagsie, Keep it... you're already giving it away at this price.

    Ok I used my Smooth Hound at rehearsal tonight with My Trace Elliot 'T' bass. I have never used wireless before and I wish I'd done it sooner. This little package is the Dog's Danglies and I'm so glad I read this thread before I purchased one because if I hadn't I might have gone for a Line 6 offering and not this one. I have put the transmitter in an old small Nokia phone case which clips straight on to my strap and the Neutrik adapter pokes through the hole the charger cable would have gone through. It also has a window so you can still see the little shark flashing. Cool. I'm Well pleased with it.

[/quote] If you look on the Status website it states basses come with a Hiscox flight case included in the price of £1595 for the SII bolt on. Only the shipping cost & Insurance is extra Nice example though GLWTS

    Just bought a Boss tuner pedal from Jim. Super easy transaction and packed to withstand a grenade attack. Great communication. I'd deal with Jim any day of the week he's a top Basschatter

    Just bought this Smooth Hound wireless thingy and I must say I'm very impressed. Only used it in the house so far. First time I've played bass in my bathroom No loss of signal whatsoever, Brilliant piece of kit !! I opted for the Neutrik Rean jack to jack connector as I'm going to mount it onto my strap. Chris emailed me to tell me it was on it's way and lo and behold it was here the next day. No warranty card in the box but I'm sure after some of the comments I've read on here Chris would sort any problems out pretty sharpish. To sum up it's a great little package with great features and so easy to set up and use. If you're thinking of going wireless I don't think you could do much better for the money.

    I have one of these. 1996 special edition. It's like a Jazz bass on steroids and the neck is a dream to play. You shouldn't have much trouble moving this on for that price. GLWTS
