9. Sorry wrong feed Moved to marketplace :-(
 10. Very tempted with these. I have just purchased a Markbass LM III and I'm currently putting it through two Ashdown ABM compact cabs 1x15" and a 2x10 Both 300watt 8 ohm. I really want some quality front ported lightweight cabs. How would these compare to the Ashdowns. I'm guessing by the price they are budget cabs otherwise you would be asking a lot more for them. What drivers do Genz Use and do these piss all over the Ashdowns???
 11. Just bought Mark's Markbass LM III. Very quick and smooth transaction and A1 communication all the way. Would deal with Mark any day of the week. A credit to Basschat.
 12. Hi. Is this still for sale and is it the lightweight version ? Cheers. ;-)
 13. What's the blue light issue with these amps?

 15.
Here's mine. It's one of the nicest I've seen. There's been a few changes since I bought it: thinner frets (not sure that was a good idea!) and a Bartolini pickup replacing the bridge pickup. It's a lovely, lightweight bass with a great squashy attack to it. The most annoying thing is the position of the jack input which means you can't stand it up against a wall and even some stands don't accommodate it well with a lead inserted.
That's a belter. Classy looking bass. Like the Bart in the bridge position. ;-)
 16.
Famous US session player Now did y'all miss Earth Wind and Fire - what a show, what a tight band and some very original funky bass playing as well. A band I wish I'd seen back in the day. On bbc4 if anyone's still watching. Muse were fantastic, as were ELO.
Took my 13 year old daughter to see a proper band (EW&F) at the Apollo M.Chester a couple of years ago. She was blown away.... as was I
 17.
Dave Pomeroy has had a haircut! He does get some top gigs.
I think you mean Lee Pomeroy don't you ?
 18. Just watched ELO. Great songs, took me back to my youth. Love to see a bird with her legs wrapped round a Cello... Watched a bit of Muse that I'd recorded coz my brother told me I should get into them. Got three songs in and had to turn it off. Not my thing really. Load of bloody racket TBH. (Or am I just getting old?) Will be watching Coldplay tonight and EWF. Two of my favorite bands. Hope they don't disappoint.
 19.
Yes it is. Read it properly. It's currently 13 pages long.
I have read it. Very informative. But not many members posting pics of their basses, That's why I thought I'd start this thread under GEAR PORN so we could all see some nice examples.
