  2. What a great bargain for a great bass...loving the colour too. GLWTS pal.
  3. Google him...hes taught music etc and hes been a muso in a few bands. His description goes on a bit in the advert which he didnt need to do....especially when he says you can trust me!.......l wonder if Harold Shipman used to say the same haha
  4. All looks legit to me.........but what do I know?
  5. I am selling my rare vintage 1969 Fender Precision Bass Bridge in amazing condition. I bought my first professional bass in 1969 from Milners Musical Instrument shop in Sheffield. It was a sunburst Fender Precision and came in its case with a strap, lead and documentation/inspection tags. I had this bass until I sold it in early 1990's. However, in the 1980's I changed the bridge for a Badass MK11 bridge and the bass was sold with this bridge and minus the original covers. The original bridge, the one I'm selling now, was put in a plastic bag along with the bridge and pickup covers and put safely away in the loft with a pile of other things. During lockdown, I was pestered by my wife to have a clear out and I came across the original bridge (but without the 5 screws,..I'm guessing I must have used the screws for the new bridge, but I can't be sure). And now it's for sale and deserves a new owner after all these years. It's what I would class as in excellent condition, everything is original and works as it should. There is a little bit of surface rust on some of the saddle adjusting screws but nothing else and at 52 years old it's a lovely piece of Fender history. The bridge and pickup covers have already been sold. It will be posted securely, tracked and signed for. International buyers please contact me in the first instance for details and cost of International shipping.
  6. This is my Blue Eclipse 4 string....so easy to play and a really low action. A great sounding bass that can do all styles of music...
  7. Ive got the 4 string version in the same colour bought new in 1994 from Electro music in Doncaster....fantastic basses! Glwts bud.
  8. Mmmmm..interesting thought. What is the width of the amp please?
  9. I used to have one. Total steal mate...awesome in a PA system or to power a bass preamp. GLWTS.
  10. What are the small holes in the back of the body?
  11. Its a beautifully made bass and a fantastic looker....I would imagine it sounds absolutely epic. GLWTS mate👍
  12. If you don't mind me asking what size are the slippers and are they for sale??
  13. These truly are wonderful instruments to play. They have a really fast action with a Jazz feel type of neck, but the tones you can dial out of this beast is amazing. I have one of these but mine is a 1997 model that I have had converted into a fretless by Mr Shuker himself and it basically plays itself...... GLWTS mate, these don't come around at this price very often.
  14. I've just recently acquired one of these (MK 2 version) off basschat and it is absolutely epic. I use it with a couple of super compacts in rehearsals and it sounds warm, punchy, slightly compressed and loud. It will of course do other things too. Great price too...GLWTS bud!
  15. Very, very nice.......once played one similar in the late 70's, all aluminum neck and a little neck heavy... GLWTS
  16. Purchased an Orange Terror 500 MK2 in absolutely brand new condition with tags, gig bag, box etc. Arrived in perfect condition next day after posting it. Many thanks for a really great deal Phil, I'm super happy with it. Phil is one of the good and genuine guys on this forum,....buy with complete confidence!
  17. A Mesa Subway D800 in as new condition...........although I'm waiting on something else at the moment.
  18. Loving it that you've drilled holes in the side of a flight case that has rubber flanges in each lid to keep moisture out😂
  19. Had one of these for a short while back in the day. Super loud but blew the speaker during a gig. No PA back up in those days so went through our guitarists marshal......he always said his set up never sounded the same again lol!
