1972 Fender Precision Bass in a stunning Sunburst finish. This bass looks almost brand new and has lived a very easy life. Bass is all original and comes with original covers and original hard case.

 

Neck Stamped 5 July 72 B
Pots Stamped 7206
Pick ups Dated 6342 & 9842

Weight 3.9kg
Original frets with very minimal wear

 

Welcome to come and try in my home studio anytime and have others here too if you’d like to A/B against other vintage P basses.

Leo made these to be played and gigged regularly, not stuck in its case and pushed under the bed....

Yeah previous owner from early 80’s must’ve have used it much and been super precious. It’s not mark free by any means but crikey it’s super clean for a 50 year old bass. I have a ‘73 Sunburst too, it is not as clean as this 😂

I have a 71 Jazz that I bought from Si off here and its Collector Grade 10/10....looks like its just come out of the factory.

I play it at most giggs and its an absolute joy to play.....like I said they were built to be played.
