Like a Shure Beta 56a for bass & a SM 58 for mid-treble maybe , + DI & mix them as well as you wrote there

Might also be sheilding , did you shield the pickups & the cavities of the pickups & the preamp cavity too! What it does when you touch the strings , does the hum stops , also
