1. Bristol as well!
 2. Heya. Just a quick and dirty advert as I am at work and times short! Up for sale is my Ovation magnum, lovely big sound, huge ass pickup, quite light considering its all solid mahagony. Awesome looking ebony fretboard. One of the original dub machines. Unfortunately its missing part of its pickup surround. I may have found someone willing to sell one which i will pass on the info to any prospective buyer, also I know of a Luthier in Bristol who is willing to fashion new ebony pieces to fill in the gaps (Hes very good, let me know if you want the number). The switch could also do with replacing as it springs back into the center position. All the electronics are original. The truss rod is A-OK with plenty of turns left in it. It has had a new set of extra long scale rotos put on it. £500. Postage possible but collection much more preferred. No photos of the headstock at the moment, safe to say it has some minor chips, but looks fantastic still. No trades, unless its also including my Pedulla MVP5 or Parts jazz. (Multiple basses considered)
 3.
Hi its not the control plate its the way the pickups have been wired to the plate, I have had this on a few jazz's sometimes when a pickup has been replaced its wired out of phase, found this for you to save me typing it all down, same thing........ http://www.badassbas....php?f=2&t=2200 try it should only take a min.
Already tried this, sounded dodgy with both pickups when they were used by themselves.
 4.
"has a slight electrics problem which I haven't had time to figure out (When both pickups are on full the pickups are quite nasally, back one volume off ever so slightly and it sounds fine, I reckon the bridge pickup volume pot needs rewiring." You wired the bass didnt you ? common own up, yes you did, yes you did...... switch the neck pickup wires round. ooooohhh that sounds better. Your welcome.
It was a pre-wired control plate, I didn't wire it and I don't have a soldering iron handy. I guess its not so much nasally, more weak and scooped.

 12.
I had no takers for your old Pentabuzz and refused to let it go for less than it's true value. Have decided to keep it. Restrung it and playing it as I type, it's awesome! Good luck with your sale, someone's in for a serious bargain!
That Pentabuzz is damn lovely, shame it wasent fretted! FINALLY no more expensive Warmoth route.... Now to find some cash...
 18. Thats not a Tokai sorry With a sunburst finish with so much black on the contour, probably going to be some sort of plywood wonder.
