I'd say so, put labella flats on my P bass a few months ago & the Jazz & Stingray which are both still strung with rounds haven't been out of their cases!

[sub]Been using an AKG bug for last 5 years without single problem! I made a policy of putting a fresh battery in each gig ( Asda brand, so cheap enough).... Makes sound checking easy & great not to be tethered to my rig [/sub]

Have done 2 different deps the last 2 sat nights.... As I refuse to use a music stand I just wrote the set list in marker & gaffered it to the monitor, with keys & notes next to the titles! Both gigs went very well, I always remember more than I think I'm gonna!

once I'm home., let the pooch out, raid the fridge (usually cheese) rum & coke ideally with fresh lime, sit in the garden with a smoke for few mins if not raining & warm enough.....then shower & tv/laptop in bed. If I have female company this differs somewhat lol

Just to clarify further to original post I am looking for someone to fill the Gary Moore role within the band, so the ability to sing a handful of GM tracks is needed. Happy with my Yammy 4x10 cabs, although I hardly ever use more than 1..... and FOH does all the work so the 4x10 serves as a backline monitor for me

Great gig last night in Filey....smallish pub so used the "lite" rig which still sounded pretty punchy..... Capacity crowd, very appreciative & we played up to it.
