1. I'm 14 miles South of Oxford. This is not a Super Midget (the latest version), it is this version: http://barefacedbass.com/product-range/midget.htm Hope that helps.
2. Epiphone SG in black and in excellent condition. Bring out your secret Iommi with this sweet guitar...there are 'none more black'... I will include a fresh set of D'Addario strings. £90 collected.
3. Barefaced Midget (1x12) in fantastic condition, light use only complete with Roqsolid cover. £350 collected (I have no suitable packaging to post this).
4. Very nice job. Incidentally, Haynes Guitars in the UK (near Banbury) can supply a large variety of bass bodies at very reasonable rates. (I'm not affiliated with them in any way...I just thought some may prefer to buy a body closer to home.)
5.
I moved mine on. Great sounding amp, but the fan noise did my head in.
My Walkabout had a noisy fan...it cost me £15 to replace it with a silent one
6. Has anyone with one of these had a look under the scratchplate...? I'm just wondering if the scratchplate is covering any cable routing or if the bass could be used sans scratchplate... Looks very sweet
7.
Thanks so much did you get the fearful cab up and running in the end? I got to play with one of the fearless 212's not so long ago and it's definitely on my want list now.
I have all the bits now so its just a case of getting a warm weekend to put it all together. I've been rather distracted recently as I also now have a Barefaced 69er
8.
I forgot to say earlier that your cabs look very well made and are clearly a bargain at the price you have them up for..
I can personally vouch for the quality of mrtcat's cabinet building - they are superbly put together. He's also a very nice chap to boot
9. The first port of call is probably to ask for advice from the UK distributor - Polar Audio: http://www.polaraudio.co.uk//Gallien-Kruger/catalogue/562/
10. Whereabouts are you based...? Is your asking price £950...?
11. Just as an update for European readers, the Ernie Ball casters described above, can be bought direct from Ernie Ball in the UK: http://www.ernieball.co.uk/p/amp-caster-set-deluxe-pop-in-socket
12. I'm also a Barefaced user (Bassdriver above has my old BF Vintage T and TE V6). I currently have a BF Midget (112) and a BF 69er (610) - they both do everything I want them to and are extremely lightweight and very well built.
