NOW TRADED! Takamine EG512C Acoustic Bass This is a really excellent acoustic bass, its just not getting the usage it deserves from me, and my current musical direction is taking me further from giving it the use it needs (no doubt I'll regret selling it eventually!). Both the acoustic tone and the amplified sound are excellent, really powerful low end and sounds excellent when you get further up the neck, especially chordal stuff. I've noticed two tiny blemishes when taking pictures, however these do not affect the bass in any way and are hardly noticeable - hopefully the close up photos reflect how small they are, but if you'd like additional photos please ask. Currently strung with some Rotosound bronze strings, of which I've got a spare set lying around so I'll chuck them in too. I also think i've an old cello bag to transport it in, as I haven't been able to get a case big enough to fit the jumbo-sized body. For this reason i'd prefer not to post it, but if a seller really wants me to, i'll ensure I get it wrapped and padded really well. What's the issue with the Danelectro pedal? Might be interested in that and the broken Zoom

I have one of these and £300 with a hard case is an absolute steal! Tone of MM tone at a fraction of the price, and the playability is excellent...

Now Sold: Boss TU-2 pedal tuner for sale. Has some battle scars (I'll post some pictures tomorrow) and pedal board tape on the bottom, hence the low price, but in perfect working order. Only reason for selling is that I've just picked up a mini tuner to save board space - I would never have considered selling it otherwise, and the bullet-proof nature of Boss pedals means I'd have had it for many more years!

Now Sold: Zoom 506-II Bass floor multi-fx unit for sale. Great condition, no box or power supply. £20 posted. This is a pretty simple and straightforward multi-fx unit for basses, works nicely as a headphone amp for practicing quietly but still having a wide range of tones. I've found its got a great selection for people who are just starting out using effects or are looking for something to try out a lot of different sounds without breaking the bank. Ahh ok. Just wanted to know which model, etc as there are several Montereys on their website, and specs for things like body wood. If I do shift my Tele and get the funds I'll be in touch as this seems to fit exactly what I'm looking for. Martyn

For sale: Unopened, as new set of DR Drop-Down Tuning strings. I bought these for a recording project, but they didn't arrive in time so have sat untouched since. DR strings are known for their quality and these are supposed to be great for lower tunings. Paid £35 plus P&P so willing to sell them for £30 posted.

If this is still here in a week I'll probably take it, just need to see how the finances are after payday!
