SOLD! Vintage 1970s Morley Power Wah Fuzz This is one of the original PWF pedals, from the same series as the PWB (as used by Cliff Burton), etc. Built in the 1970s these things are built like absolute tanks and come along very rarely. Huge wah sweep and some really dirty fuzz sounds too, and can also be used as a volume pedal when neither Fuzz or Wah is selected. This is an American-voltage edition but I will include a step-down transformer with the pedal so it can be plugged into the mains in the UK/Europe. I recently had this given the once over by Martin Owen of Owen Electronics who fixed a number of small faults, so everything is in perfect working order, with Martin even commenting that its rare to see an old Morley in such good condition. Looking for £100 plus P&P (probably around £15 with the transformer due to weight). I'm looking at setting up a home studio now I've the space, and could do with a decent pair of monitors to start me up. Any advice on brands to go for/avoid? What should I be looking for in a basic set to start with? Would prefer to pick up a set through BC so if anybody has some for sale post me a link or PM me! Martyn

As many have said, can't go wrong with 2nd hand Ashdown - I got one of the MAG 300 2x10 combos as my first non-practice amp and it had more than enough power and headroom to be used in a band setting.

A great track to practice this is RHCP's Pretty Little Ditty, some nice movements around the fretboard whilst keeping the right hand raking the arpeggios...

Just bought an Ebow from Andy (at an absolute steal of a price - I suggested how much I wanted to pay and he undercut me heavily!) and I have to echo the sentiments of many other people on here in saying he's a top bloke to deal with.
