2. Richard Davis on Astral Weeks.
3. Aww, a bassy dream realised. And a sexy bass at that. Nice one, Luke.
4. Welcome to the forum, Squire. Wow, 40 years experience. I bet you've got some great stories to share on BC.
5. That's almost the pickup selection I've been thinking about a lot recently. And I like someone with a bit of independence and vision. Regardless of how zany his spectacles must be.
6. I do love the look of a white Marcus Miller bass. That Belgian chap on youtube seems to like his, too.
7. I love how many replies intro threads are getting nowadays. We're an awesome forum.
8. Hi Matthew! Vikinging. Awesome.
9. Welcome to BC, Graeme. I dig the avatar, it reminds me of something, but I can't put a finger on it at the moment.
10. Nice one, Parker! Aren't you a tall chap, though? Did the short scale feel odd at first?

hi

Welcome, trev. A broken Ashdown isn't too surprising. I think the Hartke will be a much better match to your Warwick bass.
13. Yummy. Reminds me the natural 'Ray is my favourite.
14. I don't want the P to catch up on votes. Part of the draw is its underdog/not as much of a whore status. porj
15. Welcome to the forum, plasson.
16. I don't think it's worth the hassle. I would probably only buy/sell from a member I felt I knew very well, had shown they weren't after a quick buck, and generally that they had integrity. Money makes people ugly and stressed.

Hello!

Welcome to the forum, Jasper.
18. I was laughing until I saw the Washburn, then I went "ooh." I like the tele headstock and the interesting body. Not enough to buy it, obviously . Is there any other P basses (tail pg style) with a tele headstock?
19. Sorry to hear of your troubles, Wil. It grains a little as I have a brother called Will who lives in Bristol. A banjo player, though . Best of luck with your gear and your health and safety.
20. I voted P. They've got a humble cool that the J will never understand.
21. Suddenly everything makes sense.
22.
Wowsers trousers, that Ibanez is lovely! Glad I decided to have a look in here, stops me looking at the TV while my girlfriend watches Embarrassing Illnesses
If there's a crop, that would be the cream. Something tells me Jon shoveled us the fuglers and kept that one to himself .
23.
I hate every bass with dead strings... eugghhoo!!! just not my cup of tea! - oh speaking of which.. anyone fancy a brew?
Even with new strings it sounds plain and indecisive.
