6. 500 watts at 4 Ohms. This is brand spanking new and came as part of a trade deal. It was still in its shipping bag and is totally unused, and I have just taken it out for the pictures, so not a mark on it. If you want to move a lot of air and lots of low end then this does it admirably apparently. (Obviously the front sticker on the cab is in correct as this is a 500 watt cab! don't ask! Some blurb: The new VX Series bass reflex cabinets were designed for bassists who demand excellent tone but prefer traditional paper cone drivers. These warm, punchy enclosures feature proprietary drivers with specially treated cones, impregnated fabric surrounds, matched convex dust caps all mounted in heavy steel frames. The high efficiency low moving mass design allows for maximum output and plenty of headroom throughout the full range of the driver. Rounding out the tone, each cabinet has a proprietary design horn loaded high frequency transducer. Using Heavy-duty plywood construction, the carpet covered cabinet has strong protective corners, ergonomic handles and a recessed jack cup protecting its 1/4" input. The VX215, handling 500 watts, features two 15" low frequency drivers and a high frequency transducer. Heavy-duty plywood construction Two 15" proprietary drivers One horn loaded high frequency transducer Power Handling: 500 Watts @ 4 Ohms Ergonomic handles Recessed 1/4" Input Jack I will ship, but that will be extra obviously. Or £150 collected from near Ipswich Suffolk.

 13.
Wow! Amazing bass! Good luck with your sale, I wish I wasn't broke!
Me too, then I wouldn't have to sell her!
 14.
Only way to improve that is a new tortoise shell pickguard. Absolute blinder, don't how you get your basses to shine so much more than mine
Just a quick Mr Sheen! use the same on my bald head!
 15. Thanks folks for the comments, she sure is a picture. Some pics as requested of the rear....... the rear of the neck is absolutely mint with no dents, scrapes, wear or anything, bullet truss is fine and neck is straight with medium to low action. Tiny bit of fret wear, but nothing really.
 16. Great looking 1976 Jazz. All original, bar the scratch plate and the thumb rest, which came out of my bits box. Pickups are dated '76 as are the pots etc, original chrome pickup and bridge covers including the mute. Finish is fabulous and deep, some very light belt rash on the rear and single small wear mark. The front is as the pictures, with a small wear mark where the peculiar metal scratch plate (which was fitted when I got her) has worn away the finish on the top horn a little where it fits. At some point the pickup cover has been fitted in the bridge pickup cover position, goodness knows why! so there is one extra lower screw hole in the body (see pic 6) and some wear where the bridge cover mounted to the body( again see pic 6), these are all covered by the bridge chrome cover. There are absolutely no other extra routs or screw holes. I have lots of pics of the nuts and bolts etc if folk want, just PM me for these and about any questions please. Obviously the scratch plate is not original and you would need to get hold of the correct one or not bother and leave it as is, but bar that and the thumb rest, either way she is an absolute stunner. Weight is 10lbs 2oz on my scales. The sound is sublime, with no electronics issues at all. Some pics and a price at [s]£1875 ono or trades plus cash[/s]. Price drop to £1775.Comes shipped insured for £20 and a hard case as pictured.
 17. My single ported is awesome so this must be the nuts, would love em as a pair!
 18.
I'd take this over the '76, still got what looks like 70s pickup spacing on here for the funky sound (just out of interest can you confirm that's right?), and none of that yucky sunburst rubbish Bump for a serious bargain IMO, just wish I had the cash to metaphorically bite your hand off
Thanks, and yes I believe you are right on the pups.
 19. Last drop to £850. If this doesn't sell it may have to be a mint 3TSB '76 Jazz, double
 20.
Here's my 2p There's a million P-Bass copies out there ranging from £40 upwards. It's reasonable to ask which bass this came from.
It is what it is in the pictures there is no name on it other than the fake F decal, It's a copy. Any way i"m withdrawing it, I'm certainly not gonna be harassed over a few quid neck, whose worry is it any way if it doesn't sell? certainly no one's but mine. WITHDRAWN
