  17. Nice 1974/75 Jazz For Sale. All original finish, no extra routs or screw holes any where. Neck is great, 3 minor dings on rear of neck, frets are fine and she plays lovely. Pickups are dated 1974, neck one was rewound by Wizard pickups on the original frame and magnets to traditional spec' last year, as the original winding was dead. Tone pot and capacitor are original, both volume pots are Fender CTS replacements as the originals were dead. Pickup & bridge covers are genuine Fender replacements as the bass came without them, you will probably take them off but I always like to sell a bass complete and as it was meant to be, thumb rest and its screws are out of my bits box. Weighs just barely over 9lbs with the covers on! Serial: 627+++ Sounds great, very even output from the pups and across the strings, setup is quite low with no problems. Finger board is mint with very little fret wear. Super mid weight easy to play honest Jazz with some natural mojo. The case is old, but does it's job, is covered in stickers on the back, and has a name stencilled on the front. £1799 vintage bargain, plus shipping or collected. Based in Suffolk.
  18. Damn cats they are the scurge of furry cabs and bass cases alike, lovely looking bass and I would love it to go with my 4(my fav colour as well, plus I live in Ipswich), but I have a '74 Fender Jazz to move on first. Good luck with the sale.
  19. Hey welcome to BC from another Yorkshire born Suffolk dweller.
  20. Nice looking combo and fair price, do you have a cat?
  21. Oh my, speechless!
  22. Hi & welcome to BC, probably best to give some more details and pictures. Is it me or is the bridge on the LPB a tad near the back or is it the camera angle, nice basses I,m guessing US made. Enjoy the Forum.
