Had the At 212 Slim a few days now, Bax delivered it in 6 days which was quite good. Cab cost £736 inc discount so I ordered another too which comes end of this week for a 4x12 vertical stack. Comical weight can pick it up with my index finger and it sounds like Thor’s hammer, Had 2 BF Two10’s and this sounds easily as loud and even more full. Nice cosmetic details too on the front and corner protectors and dare I say decent handles.

It’s been modded anyway with a volume/tone on one control and new tuners but Was a fair price at £500 but not £750.

Actually he did the same thing on my last purchase but he refunded the difference.

Very poor customer service from Bassdirect today, Last night I bought Fender Mark Hoppus for £499 + £10 shipping by PP this morning About 9am I received a refund which I knew I might because multiple people might buy before it’s took down on the site, but no covering email at all and the bass is back up for sale at £750. A bit of common courtesy for a long standing customer would have been in order.

I have the guitar version and to be honest it's not very well supported with patches, Mine when on Surround drifts a bit and its a common problem. The Sounds are alright but not a patch on my Spark and very limited compared to that. Hope the bass version is better but I would look elsewhere.

Lovely guy I spent many a hour chewing the fat on all things Bass and life, I considered him a friend really. RIP Martin gone but never forgotten.

They are amazing basses , I have a few and its the one I play the most. Helps having a decent setup before it ships out and the EMG's really suit it, Off the back of it I bought a Profile bass and that is equally superb.

I had a Gibson Heritage LP and got a Epi 1960's LP the Epi sounded so close and played better IMO so the Gibson went. I don't think anyone builds bad these days, My Bass Centre Betsy is such a great bass in sound and playability.

I have the April one: Just a superb bass and look at the condition it looks like a reissue, I’m a long time lover of all thing G&l and had a good few but this just feels special.
