1. Just got this very quick response from a chap doing a review on YouTube , Hello Paul. Thank you for watching and also for your kind words. The issue you will come across is the hip/body support only connects on the right side of the body of the EUB. If you are able to find a work-around for that issue then I would say this is an excellent bass to experiment with in regards to adjusting the nut and bridge to accommodate left-handed playing, as the cost isn't too high if you should make a mistake in your customizations that renders the instrument unplayable afterwards. 2. Thanks, I've had a look on YouTube, there seems to be a bracket on either side of it, maybe I can just swap the brackets over, I asked the seller for some close up pics of the bass, I included my email address in the message and got a temporary message ban from eBay.. bugger.
 3. Yes I think you're right, nut & bridge not a problem, hmmm, wonder if I'd need the bracket, surely it'll just rest on me beergut?
 4. http://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/122744879176 It's this one Bluejay, dya reckon it's do able?
 5.
A couple of covers from Yoko Ono. http://youtu.be/ZsgMbxyDmCY http://youtu.be/IU8Ku8A03VA
Now that is raw talent at its best..
 6. Thanks for that Bluejay, I'd defo need a cheapo job to try first just in case our new project doesn't work.. did you sell your Harley benton? Maybe I'll just grab the Stagg that's up for sale and give it a try as it's not fortunes.
 7. Hi all, Does anyone know if it's possible to swap a Stagg eub round from right to left handed, i.e. Saddles/bridge and nut,I've got no chance of finding a leftie as I believe they don't make them, Thanks
 8.
Tune the strings differently. Stops your hands going to the same places.
Can you be more specific DJ, I'm intrigued.
 9.
Sorry to resurrect this old thread but I had the good fortune to see Chas and Dave last ight and Dave's bass playing had me dumbstruck all night. He's seriously good. I mean, I always had a lot of time for his playing but seeing him do it live was quite something. Nicely showy too, lots of harmonics and drop D switching going on. One of the tightest live acts I've ever seen - absolute demons the pair of 'em. Good drummer too A nice unexpected bonus was seeing Jackie Lynton supporting.
Jackie Lynton, blimey, been about for years.
 10. If you're like me some of the song titles on the set list won't mean a thing to you so jot down what key the songs are in so you come in on the right note.. don't forget your ear plugs.
 11.
Damn you and your disagreeable agreements! Anyway, you don't know our drummer...lovely bloke, but short attention span.
have we got the same drummer or are they all like that? (Sorry Dad)
 12. We used to tour a lot with Sweet, Slade, Mud mainly the xmas tours and a lot in Europe, there was a lot of "we are the super stars" stuff and we don't move the drum kit for nobody..we hardly ever got time to soundcheck either but we used to just get on with it, fantastic musicians tho all of them.
 13. I don't need to play rough venues to get my gear battered, our singer knocked my trusty P bass flying for the 2nd time the other night, I now tune it, put it back in the case until the gig then straight back in its case after

 18.
Ever?... tricky one that, quite subjective. My faves at the mo' though are any of Andy Rourke's early upbeat lines, driving and melodic.
This charming man, great to play along to

 20.
That would be marvelous. I have had none of the issues he describes, except the odd weak neck pickup.
WOW!!
