have one set of discontinued trace elliot strings, NOS boxed, never used, 100-40 guage, brilliant strings, quite similar to ernie balls, but have something about them which made me buy loads off ebay a while ago! like to trade for a 5 string set of strings, roundwound, steel prefferably but nickle would be fine im sure, something like 125-45 would be ideal. let me know -
3/4 boost bass, just a bit over the notch mids, and half boost treble when playin clean usually roll back bass and treble to flat when using most effects

just got my own somewhat special stingray 5, and it is a brilliant bass, and this seems like a lovely instrument, jelous of the case, although im not sure it would go with mine!
