i tried to solder the pot back on myself, failed, and now no sound is coming out of the bass at all, and a loud pop can be heard when i switch the led's on and off. wtf have i done i guess iv just been careless and loosened more connections when i think about it, but still

i think that comparing the price to deep impact anyways might actually be wrong really, as of course the deep impact is the price it is NOT just because of its features, but because of its rarity. IIRC just before they were stopped from being made, didnt some online retailers sell them for £80 odd?

mate dont bother with the loop, no use for it really, just do them in line. yeah puttin the compressor before the bassballs would ruin the effect, definatly should be near the end (im sticking with it being before the aphex)

nobody in their right mind would pay that much for one, unless they are a complete gear geek who wants the new pedal or someone with more money than sense i mean £525, thats a new bass, or a new amp, or TWO deep impacts!

godlyke are selling for $625, so with customs and shipping thatl be over £400, and as far as i know there is no distributor in the uk for it as of yet

it probably will be a great pedal, its just pricing it at £400 makes it more expensive than a deep impact, or indeed anything else like it. i cant see many people taking the plunge and buying one. imo they should have released a very limited number for say £200 to get the pedal out there and reviewed, and then rise the price accordingly.

ah didnt realise the neck was +vat, guess it adds up then. might get saving, it would just look amazing with the blue dawn, might as go all the way with blue side LED's , and im sure it would sound great too! save save save everyone's statii are looking great btw, outtoplayjazz yours particualrly are stunning!
