1. Would love this
2. Bump.
3. Just sold a set of strings to this rather nice chap. Straightforward deal, sorted in 24 hours, good times! Cheers
4. Necks in the 90's were all over the place, different types and profiles throughout. It was the introduction of Ovangkol that brought in the baseball bat type neck and that stuck until 2009 when they slimmed down again
5. Boxed, in excellent as-new condition. Same story as the last few fuzz pedals I have sold, I keep buying them but don't really have a use! Superb green muff clone by the masters. Crazy low end and slightly less gain on tap than most muff circuits, a dream for bass. £120 + a few quid for shipping. Trades considered, hit me
6. Torvic, I can't remember a member ever having so many basses for sale that I would love to have in the stable
7.
Yes. this. but a B3K version. Oh, when did this happen, and how come?
Don't know the ins and outs, but only recently. Hence the new workshop It was when he released the Limited Edition Vintage Deluxe pedals. Few upgrades too, the switch is a lot more reliable now (I had 3 of the US ones fail on me) and the B3K now has a Attack Cut mode, rather than boost or flat And Duality now has a mirror facing!
8. Excellent! Doug is a great guy and I would love to go down a visit his workshop, especially since they are all made in Finland again now
9. Did this sell bud?
10. To be honest, I don't know how anyone could justify even remotely considering the German P-Nut over this one. Must be £5500 or so for the german version...
11. Blimey, could they have changed the design more?
12. In hindsight, I wish I would have gone for this when I had the chance!
13. Stunning!
14. Who did the conversion to PJ?
15. My Hercules grabbers had no issues with any of my Dingwall basses that I recall
16. Enjoyed that, cheers! The Ripper sounded great. Interested to hear the differences between the Precision basses, the 79 with flats sounded lovely.
17. If he is a scammer, he isn't very good at it. As said above, if he had complained to eBay/Paypal etc, he would more than likely have had his £100 refunded to him. Maybe this is a rare (and odd) case of honesty? Or, yeah, he may just be rubbish at scamming.
18. This Moog is tempting me something awful, what possible use could I have for it?! But still....
19. Its worth noting that, whilst the new Warwicks are wenge necked and have a slimmer profile than the bats on the 00's, they are not as slim as the vintage pre ~1991 basses. There is a custom shop option for an extra slim neck for such a profile
20. I bet this is a cracking instrument!
21. Nice!
22. Making the most out of the sunshine before it disappears for the winter...
23. Its an excellent preamp. I use a B7K and a VMT Deluxe. The B7K is the more aggressive sibling, with a metallic heavy drive sound, whereas the VMT sounds like a cranked valve amp, warm vintage tones by nature but can easily be made aggressive with the EQ. Both superb pedals, which one will suit you depends on what tone you are looking for?
24.
Just when I was thinking this bass would stop making me want a bank loan. Hope this sells quick (for my sanity)
Do me and your bank a favour and go for it I have priced it to-sell but the market the way it is I wouldn't bet too heavily on it selling quickly...
