    Here’s my lovely Japanese 1982 JV Squier Precision. It’s completely original and is very light weight at around 8.5lbs. It plays beautifully and has a surprisingly broad range of tones. There is one main ding in the upper horn. No structural issues, trussrod turns as it ought to. It’s the best one I’ve seen but I tend to play my old faithfuls - as pictured with it - so this is up for grabs. Sorry now traded.

    It actually says ‘Double Eagle’ on the headstock 😉. To me it looks like a variation of one of those cheap Satellite basses of the 80’s - I was surprised it had a bolt on neck though. Too dear though.

    Doesn’t bother me I had contacted the seller to see if he would courier but it went before I got a reply. The seller of this listing has a few things up I note that the Jazz Deluxe is the only one that’s pickup only, maybe because it has issues or if it has no case. Anyway it made me laugh - I would at least have held onto it for a month or so. As a courtesy 😉🤣

    £460 priced to go.... I may consider a trade for a Musicman Sub ( the USA type) or a Status Graphite Precision/Jazz neck plus cash my way or a Status Bass - nothing else cheers. Accurate weight is 4.2kgs

    The 50 watt Micromark 801 features a single yellow 8" Markbass custom speaker. The amp is incredibly light and transportable. I bought it new and have owned it for two years. I’ve used this as a stand alone bass and double bass amp. Also used it with a drummer and two guitarists and though it didn’t push as much air as it’s bigger siblings it certainly was heard and felt. The amp has been looked after, never pushed and I think I even have the original box. Sold

    The only Fender type basses I own now and don’t want to sell are Squier JVs. I’ve had dozens of US Fenders of all eras but my ‘keepers’ - the basses I’ve relied upon for over 30 years - are a JV Precision and a JV Jazz.

    This Fender Roadworn Jazz neck comes without hardware other than the nut. Trussrod turns and the frets are good, nice slim nut width. The rear of the neck has been sanded to a satin finish and stained to look more worn by the original owner. It feels great and when I fitted it to a Fender body it played well with a low action. I’m selling this as part of my ‘just moved house bass clearance’ . I can post in the UK for about a tenner. No trades. Sold!

    The great bass clear out continues.... this time an American Special Series Jazz Bass. This is a Fender USA special series neck and body purchased from eBay the Fender hardware was included. The only thing I added were the scratchplate, pickups and pots. The pickups are an Entwistle JB neck pickup and a spare bridge pickup I had knocking around. The bass plays very well and weighs in at just over 9lbs. Withdrawn
