They used to be based in Letchworth, Herts and were very helpful. They have moved away and I've heard negative comments about the service. -
Better to return the bass knowing that it doesn't fit than hold onto it in the hope that you will gel with it later. It can be hard though.

Not a huge Fender fan TBH but I haven't seen a new Ibanez that I liked in ages. I am drawn to the Dimension 5 currently, if it's free I'll take it, otherwise I'm sure I'll get over it.
