  1. I’m sure it’ll come, though will look a bit different from here and be closer in appearance to the phaser: https://www.matrixsynth.com/2023/03/behringer-introduces-new-moogerfooger.html?m=1
  2. Didn’t look cheap. $400+
  3. I think I’m GAS free as for a long time I wanted this exact spec Sterling. Beautiful bass and these earlier ones with the recessed plate and bridge mutes are particularly lovely.
  4. @Beedster has had one for sale on here. I’d been considering it to get a second one for my other board. I love mine.
  5. This doesn’t appear to be on Singular Sound’s own website yet but I spotted this on the MIDI association innovation awards page: https://midi.org/innovation-award/beatbuddy-2 I’m tempted just to have a full-size headphone port.
  6. Apparently there’s not enough clearance under the encoder to use one of these. I asked Andras.
  7. I’ll email and ask. Occasionally there’s a server error that slips through. Usually quick to fix. Try the solutions I gave.
  8. @itu posted this elsewhere but I wonder if this could be another solution for users worried about stepping on the edit dial by mistake: http://stompshield.com
  9. No. V3 code space is exhausted. V3 enjoyed about 9 years of continuous improvement (at no extra cost to users). V4 will likely get a similar treatment; there are already further improvements and feature additions in the pipeline.
  10. There’s some kind of reactive circuitry in the Origin stuff where they’ve deliberately built it to replicate the feel. It’s certainly not the same as my tube pedals, but certainly less rigid feeling compared to other solid state preamps I have and have had. Obviously not comparing apples to apples either as I don’t have the tube equivalents of what the two BassRigs are emulating. Have had the Grand Slampegg and Fliptop though. (I’ve also had tube pedals which didn’t give much tube compression.)
  11. They are nice but doesn’t give the tube feel. I’ve had two of them.
  12. What’s the error message you get? Have you been able to use it previously? Two things I can think of: 1. when it asks for username, it might actually be email address it needs (can’t remember off the top of my head); 2. if you’ve entered your password incorrectly, I think it doesn’t let you easily overwrite it. You need to go into the config or settings text file in the app data folder and delete the file or enter the correct password there: Windows: "c:lUserslusernamelAppDatalLocall" Mac: "/Users/Username/Library/Application Support/".
  13. Don’t think they’ve made it into stock yet. Andertons are showing as being available next week Monday.
  14. Future Impact V4. Is a synth itself but can also trigger external synths by converting the audio input of your instrument to CV or MIDI.
  15. The message types with names are just that and that’s how they appear in any MIDI controller (such as Morningstar). Program Change is just PC. Note-on/off are the messages sent when pressing and releasing a keyboard key; velocity is a value associated with that which is derived from how fast you press the key. These are messages you can also assign to button presses on a controller. Say if you want a Morningstar button to play a drone.
  16. Doesn’t Enzo do some arp stuff?
  17. It’s always been possible to arpeggiate and sequence the FI via MIDI, which could be done with free software via phone/tablet/laptop/MIDI controller.
  18. Yes, an FM synth is on the road map for one of the two remaining partitions. The other partition could be more effects or a sample-based engine.
  19. I didn’t doubt it for a second.
  20. I can say it’s highly unlikely for the audio-triggered side.
  21. There’s never been an arpeggiator.
