Yes, but do they split these up into say three separate layers? There were pictures of an earlier prototype (which may or may not have been the same project) where it was smaller and they said it had sprouted and extra board. So this might be that but all put onto a single board for now. Or this could be an amp head.

Is it too much to hope?

I had the pleasure of meeting @opwillbergtoday when he came to buy a bass from me. Otto is a lovely guy and a great bass player; it was lovely to chat about music and Germany. All details and arrangements were made and happened as planned, which involved Otto travelling up from London. He was very flexible in accommodating a change of timing on my part. A flawlessly smooth transaction and I’d happily transact again.

Possibly. I only had a play around with that boss unit in a shop one afternoon several years ago so am not overly familiar with it.

It’s more like this now: Also, you can just make adjustments via the panel and overwrite the presets using just the pedal without ever having to touch the editor.

Does your switch have two TS cables or one TRS? One of the dual switches might still work if it is TRS.

I think when I finally get my hands on one, I’ll have to dial up the same presets on the FI4 and post a comparison.

I was rather bemused when my son told me there was a pedal-sized parcel for me today. I knew I hadn’t ordered anything as I’ve been having to tighten my purse strings due to impending major change of circumstances. I was therefore completely taken by surprise to find this incredibly lovely gesture and gift when I opened the box: Folks, this was totally unexpected and unnecessary, nevertheless I want to express my profound gratitude to the anonymous benefactors who were kind enough to do this. Thank you! My faith in humanity has been given a much needed boost after the kicking it’s been getting lately. ❤️

I’ve been through this many times in other posts. The Boss is not generating a pitched oscillator so is not tracking pitch at all, rather it’s simply overlaying/processing the incoming audio directly to make it sound like a synth, that’s why it feels so fast and will hold as long as audio is present.
