1. I love seeing this thread rise back up the boards, even when it's just a bump. Such a great collection of knowledge and info, so thanks to all those whom have contributed. I really should spend some more time on my SB301 instead of looking at acquiring a fretless.
 2. Have a bump for a good looking bass. Not much help for you, I know, but if this was a four string... I'd love to try it out.
 3. Crikey. That purpleheart running through looks amazing. How does the general tone differ to "standard" Streamers of both this era and the 80's 'Wicks?
 4. Looks a lovely bass. Don't think I've seen a streamer with that pickup arrangement before.
sorry, but what does c/o mean?
Custom Order?
 5. Looks lovely. Have a bump from a fellow Corvette-playing, Asimov reading, climber

 7.
Wow, that was FAST!
I've been after a 'Wick like this for a while now with the pennies just sat there waiting patiently. Just happened to be in the right place at the right time (for once) with this one so I wasn't messing about! Expect some pictures in the Warwick porn thread when I get my paws on her...
 8.
The only rule is NO SLAPPING! Otherwise A: Just turn up with whatever you wish, set it up and then fend off hords of admirers who want to try your gear/ talk Bass with you B: Just turn up with no gear and look/try out other's gear C: Go to Bass Gear Ltd area, try out one of their bespoke US Basses or Mark Bass Amplification and buy it! BTW details re admission will be posted shortly!
As a relative newcomer to Bass (attempting to play for just over a year) could you provide more details on the overall raison detre for the Yorkshire Bass Bash? I would be interested in coming along and generally having a nosey around at lots of lovely basses and perhaps gleaming some pearls of wisdom from you older, more experienced folks. Is that what the majority of people turn up to do? Or is it more of a showing off their own basses, jamming, chatting? How many people generally attend? Are there a number of manufacturer representatives, sellers, etc. or just the Mark Bass amps? Sorry for all the questions. Cheers.
