    Hard to believe I know.... but I'm selling one of my Spectors. Never fear though.... there is only ONE reason for this madness..... yep, I have a 'custom order' Spector on the way! Hence I've decided to thin the herd.... So....Here we have a very limited edition Czech-made bolt-on Spector NS2J-CR with 2 EMG jazz p'u's and EMG active circuit. Spector made VERY few of this model out of their Czech factory (preferring to keep them custom US only) and it is therefore a rare beauty.....! This model is basically a reissue of their early 80's NS2J model which is now highly collectable in its own right.... Body is high grade maple.... and neck is maple with a rosewood (pau ferro?) board. Very light in weight.... and tones from smooth to all out punchy growl. Very funky sounds from the J pickups, particularly with the bridge p/u solo'd. This bass is in excellent condition and comes with a soft gigbag. **SOLD**

    I voted for the Infinity. Nice shape and the f-holes are tasty. I would have voted for the Streamer..... but why have a copy when you can have the original (Spector)?

    Jap reissues can be had for £400 - £500 at the moment. USA reissues should be around the £700 mark I reckon....

    Walking out onto the stage at the Ariake Colliseum in Tokyo, Japan and hitting a huge low E on my Spector (through an old SVT) and feeling it go right through me as 14,000 people cheered....!

    Try repricing this at £300 - £350 & you might get a bite.... As stated above, you're currently charging more than a brand new one imported directed from Japan....

    If you keep the amp eq flat and do the rest with the eq on the bass it works fine.... and sounds incredible! It is a reasonably common complaint though... You could always get one and swap out the Tonepump for the standard EMG circuit or EMG BTC controls...?

    Take full advantage of my endorsement and buy another 'custom order' Spector at a knock down price! Get back to basics and buy 2 nice Jap reissue Precision basses.... one for flatwounds, one for roundwounds...
