  1. Hiya I'd happily (Jack) pass this on to W. London friends but can't seem to find any mention of actual band fees other than 'at least we’ll get paid' . Knowing you are an experienced chap I'm sure I must have missed it? joe
  2. Hiya I've forwarded a link to a guitarist friend who may be interested. Guitarchat seems to have disappeared... GLWTS, joe
  3. I didn't notice it was originals in your ad and realise it's much harder. Eventually the writers get the lion's share of any income, sometimes leaving the rest of the band as 'backing musicians'. I've been in that role many times! joe
  4. I've just sold an item to Rob (Colonel36) who perservered through illness and poor delivery to finally get the package, let me know it had finally arrived and thanked me! Thanks, Rob. joe
  5. Thanks Andy, that's helpful to see, joe
  6. Hi Trav It really helps if you mention payment (or not). Otherwise you're propogating the idea the musicians are only doing it for fun, some are but give us a choice please. best wishes, joe
  7. I'm really surprised to see this still for sale. I'm a player of the 4 string version and, after owning various fretless basses, settled on the Pedulla. It is hands-on the best instrument I have ever played. Somebody is in for a delight sooner or later....despite these uncertain times... GLWTS, joe
  8. Thanks it's now working. I wonder why it took so long to correct? joe
  9. Hiya On behalf of all of us a suggestion of payment is always welcome. Otherwise it perpetuates the argument that musicians 'do it just for fun'...? good luck, joe
  10. 'Bump' option hasn't been available in 3 ads I posted on January. I have reported this 3 times and don't have an answer. I've sent screenshots to admin. to clarify this.... duh! joe

    thanks, joe

Someoned else from this site wants to try it out now I'm back so I'll let you know if it's still available or not later this week, all the best, joe

  19. Thanks for the positive comments guys! I've often checked on this site but have never seen anything from the 460 range range for sale. It is a lovely bass but I've moved from London and stopped gigging (hi covid!) so it's time to get 'back to basics'... all the best, joe
