shoulderpet Posted Sunday at 18:23 Posted Sunday at 18:23 I couldn't see that a thread has been created for this, looks like a very interesting bass. Medium scale, humbucker in the neck, single coil in the bridge position, looks gorgeous. https://www.gear4music.com/Guitar-and-Bass/Grestch-Electromatic-CVT-Bass-Double-Cut-LRL-Bristol-Fog/79HO?origin=product-ads&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=22290702940&gbraid=0AAAAAD_kjLR1Nk-UwpcsIbHeg9fwsf-Mr&gclid=CjwKCAjw3rnCBhBxEiwArN0QE3co07vE79qIfly1XnMv8zcqzQ1OcvWp8yKhQTyojo_K_20krLm8DBoC8fkQAvD_BwE 8 3 Quote
AlexDelores Posted yesterday at 16:50 Posted yesterday at 16:50 These look really nice! Nice unique shape too. Have no doubt that they’ll play lovely too If their Jet basses are anything to go by! Quote
Fishfacefour Posted yesterday at 19:03 Posted yesterday at 19:03 Just came here to post this. Looks great. Nice to see another medium scale bass on the scene. Any idea on availablity? Quote

Andertons has them as being in stock on July 7th........not that I'm longingly looking at the Bristol Fog finish and thinking about selling a bass to make room or anything.......... 1 Quote
RichT Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Love the look of it, but oof that's a wide pickup spacing! It'd be interesting to hear what kind of tones it can produce. The only bass I have with anything like that sort of spacing is my Hofner, and they're famously rather specific tonewise. Quote
jd56hawk Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago (edited) I've never been to Bristol, but I hope the fog doesn't look like that! Seriously, though, I feel sorry for anyone who recently bought a Junior Jet and can't buy this one now. It looks great! Edited 5 hours ago by jd56hawk Quote

I had a Burns Sonic with the same "wide" spacing although both pickups were identical and the best sound was with them wired in series. Quote
