Unique Boucher Brothers Bass. - *SOLD* £295 Bury St Edmunds

Taken in a trade and I don't know a lot about her, she is serial number 2 of only 3 made I believe and the only one that looks like a bass IMO.

 

Passive EQ.I believe she is made of Zebra wood, with neck thru construction. Lined headless fretless with a meaty neck profile.

 

All works as it should.

Where is the truss rod adjustment?  At the "heel"?

That really is quirky but good quirky for me. I’m not the biggest fan of that particular headless bridge and retainer (quite fiddly) but certainly functional. I really like the body contouring - organic and pebble-like. This looks passive - do you know if they’re single coil or humbuckers? Also, is it possible to achieve a low action?

Absolutely love that neck marker design. Reminds me of space somehow.
