Well, more good news. JG just paid out the first (majority) amount a few days early and it's now with the Travis family!  Go Iris and the Travs 😀

I’ve transferred to the boss with “Iris’ money from BC” Into the family savings account.

 

Have spoken with Ryan the plumber about the tap discovery…
