I'm not 100% sure of the value as per the previous thread, but think about £1300 or so would be about right. I believe that this is influenced by the year it was made but I don't know how to take it apart to find out, so if anyone was seriously interested then I'd be happy to try and get this done to confirm the date of manufacture. I'm selling this on behalf of a neighbour that sadly died at Christmas hence my limited knowledge of the bass and value etc. I'm based just outside Milton Keynes and can be reached on 07977 530085 if anyone has any other questions. Try this site: [url="http://www.musicmanbass.org/"]http://www.musicmanbass.org/[/url] You should bear in mind that, despite being the more expensive bass when sold new, Sabres typically go for 25% less than their Stingray equivalent. What would be handy to know is the weight as some of these were heavy to the extreme - I had one that weighed over 13lbs! If it's a lightweight one it should do a lot better. Best of luck. Sabres were never as popular as 'rays so there are fewer people looking to buy one. If you can find someone looking for a Sabre I'm sure they will pay the asking price. If not though, a Stingray buyer would look to pay less than the asking price of a 'ray simply because they would prefer a 'ray.
