Put an output block at the end of your current chain for whatever output you’re using to amp or foh. Add a return block after it and then I mapped the control to the volume or blend of the return so I could quickly adjust it. Feel free to then add some compression and light room reverb to taste. 4 Quote
iamtheelvy Posted February 8 Posted February 8 New incarnations for both boards. New songs keep giving me new requirements, so the big board has padded out, but I decided to finally get my head properly around the HX Stomp for the little board. Quite some time spent with EQs this morning bringing the Boctaver up to scratch. 7 Quote
JPJ Posted February 8 Posted February 8 So I seem to be settled on these two boards, that do everything I need. Top board is the electric bass board, and the bottom one is the double bass/EUB board. 6 Quote

It is fine. Not the music I love the most, but it is fine. What I really enjoy is playing with the people in the project 1 Quote

woodyratm Posted Friday at 23:32 Posted Friday at 23:32 It’s been a long time since I posted a board! Shure GLDX16+ into a Quad Cortex Mini, powered by a battery. Testing this evening went from 100% down to 70 odd in about 3hrs 11 mins before I switched it all off. That would be more than enough for a practice or gig. Whether I’m brave enough for that remains to be seen! 😂 10 Quote
jimbobothy Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago … my fretted board, I thought the Fliptop would knock the Grizzly off, but it knocked off a HP/LP filter instead as I have a Sfx Microthumpinator on the utility end board anyhow! Now I have a clean and three levels of grit should I need to ‘ramp it up’ a bit at church 🤣 … I’ve currently got a Novation BB2 going into the second channel of the Red Pander 3 way mixer. I’ll shortly be putting together a board that has a tap tempo tremolo on it, should be great for that! 3rd channel will be for a fretless at some point also. 3 Quote
FretsOnFire Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago After much fart arsing about I’ve decided to just go with my Zoom B3 for future rehearsals and gigs in the two cover bands I’m in. The Zoom delivers the sounds I want and is lightweight with XLR etc so a real swish army knife. Quote

The settings/sound you get from the Mk 1 version is what made me settle on them for my fretted stuff. I don’t think you’d go wrong with any of the Mks tbh. Quote
