Black, Vintage White, Mint or Tort....

Those are a good, sensible compromise between quality and price. Spitfire make really fantastic guards, but they are very expensive and really only worth fitting to a genuine vintage instrument or a very good replica. :)

Yes it's a trick of the light... None of the pickguards are quite the colours they look in those photos. I needed to take the photos outside really but a downpour prevented that unfortunately.

The body is quite a pure white, although even in reality it looks a little pink with the mint guard on...
