hertsbass Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Hello all Newbie bass player and even newer member saying hi to all. Have been a drummer for a while now, and have long envied bass players as (a) it looked lots of fun, and (b) it looked really easy ;-) Earlier this year I decided to give it a go. It's just as much fun as I imagined, but not quite as easy(!) Still trying to get the hang of playing notes as well as just hitting stuff. If there's a magic solution out there, I guess I'll find it on these boards - but the best advice I've had so far is "start 10 years ago".
