I ordered parts from them for a streamer and they were amazingly quick and a joy to deal with. They got loads of pats to me from Germany quicker than any uk company i have dealt with. When I've made orders they've had everything I've needed in stock & have been fast to deliver. They answer any queries pretty fast as well. Some of their electronics are unbelievably expensive. Failing that, yes, you could contact a dealer in the UK. But the only one left, according to the W website, is Bass Merchant. Personally, I'd also check Thomann, and some of the other German music shops, or just try a general google search for the part you're looking for. They have a bloke who comes in to do that sort of stuff once a week (think it was on a thursday IIRC), sensible price so got them to fit it for me too. They didn't have them with the hex bolt attachment and fitted to recessed hole on bass. Tried contacting Warwick and no reply. Tried BC but didn't really get anywhere either so gave up the ghost and bought a Sure-Lock retro set for my leather strap and can use with existing thumb buttons. Job done.
