I don’t buy that their DSP doesn’t flatten response. Did you speak to RCF in the UK (who just distribute?) The reason I say that is look at this video - 20 mins onwards where the SMAART test happens. That is super super flat for a box that apparently has no DSP flattening the response.

Yeah, there's a lot of unmanned services out there... and the automailers are still happening. I got a great one a few days ago letting me know about last minute get away holidays.

I was just writing a response to this thread and saw this pop up and this is exactly what I was going to say. The active/passive switch should switch the audio path and kill the battery - you would have thought...?

Have you fixed it yet? Or at least got some dimensions? Looking at the batteries that seem to be available, you should be able to double the capacity.

I’ve just had 15 decent jazz gigs cancelled. I’m bloody livid. That’s 129 quids worth of gig fees I won’t be collecting.

That looks like a pretty standard LiPo. Have you got dimensions?

Yeah. As standard. White has the gold. It’s the white if change out the hardware to chrome. The pearl tuners I could live with.

Agree. Absolute fantastic bass though. One I wish I still had. The fingerprints were always a nightmare though. I’d get it in pewter or white (and change hardware colour to silver) if I ever went there again.

I know, I know. I hate gold hardware. IMHO, gold only goes with black basses. BBNE2 as an example.

When I had my all white bass built, I did contemplate white pickups - but my OCD wouldn’t allow the slight mismatch of white. And I went with a nickel nut to match the frets.
