1. I'm sure this will be snapped up quick. If I had the cash......
2. After trying out virtually ever bass in the country, I've decided to keep my Fodera for now. My finances are looking up at present so thats a relief. If nothing else, this situation has made me appreciate just how amazing this bass is for my needs. I've played some awesome basses recently but whenever I grab the Fodera for comparison, OMG it just smokes. Partly familiarity for sure but they really do deserve their reputation, even if they are a bit pricey these days. I do have major GAS for a Wood and Tronics five string now also. Really nice basses.......
3. I tried out a lot of basses yesterday & the Wood and Tronics was by far the best for me. Absolutely stunning workmanship and it felt just right. Wish I has the cash :-(
4. I played this bass a few years ago at the Gallery. Very nice and super easy to play. If I had the cash...
5. I've been eyeing these up for a while. Very interested. What is the weight please ?
6. That's sweet. What is the weight please ?
7. Bit on the heavy side for me , gutted :-(
8. Look forward to hearing what the weight is. Can you explain what the EQ controls are on this bass ? Cheers
9.
Pics don't work mate...
+1
10. That's a nice looking ACG. What's the weight ?
11. I may be interested in this. I tried out a friends older yamaha trb II six string. I liked it but it was pretty heavy. Do you know the weight of this one ?
12. I'll post some better photo's soon. Rushed these a bit.
13. Please note that this is very much a feeler still. I've just put a new set of DR High Beams, cleaned the fingerboard and bass. Feels and sounds amazing. I will only sell as a last resort to my financial peril. I love this bass...
14. Thanks for the heads up Clarky. Post edited ' filled '
15. I'll try and get some pic's up later today. Relax everybody ;-)
16. I know what you mean. I was shocked to see the fills. Every luthier that I've spoken to has informed me that it's nigh on impossible to find a piece of this burl without holes. Like I said, it does distract from a perfect bass, hence the price. No ramp at present although I'm waiting for one to be built. Will include it of course.
