1.
Disaster Transport Jnr ay? You prefer that to the dispatch master?
yeah - the dispatch master sounded great, but the delay was just far too quiet, plus it doesn't oscillate, and also the delay time is waaay longer than I need, so it was hard to set it to shorter times consistently. I'm still tempted to get another one instead of a dedicated reverb to add to the board after the disaster transport jr, but as a dedicated delay (which is what I want) the dispatch master wasn't the right pedal...
2. dude - my OCD would have led to me painting that micro thumpinator black by now one change - though I'm not going to jinx it and say the delay quest is over, I'm loving the EQD
3. the disaster transport jr is fantastic... very happy with it
4. bump...
5.
...this is everything other than what I've been endorsed or really really love so the collection is reducing by about 2/3rds
i'm going to stop looking at this page now... that tall font muff is just too tempting!
6. blimey this is pretty serious!!! used my OC-07 for the first time in anger last night and it's amazing... good luck with the sale, but still, yipes, are you keeping anything??
7. EQD disaster transport jr. part 14 of my ludicrous, ongoing delay hunt!
8. quick update... 3 days after being rediscovered in NY / the end of the USPS football game... it just arrived
9. yeah, i'll forget about it for a bit (not easy!)... luck of the draw - if it bypasses customs it'll be worth the wait anyway
10. nada, i only went for the cheaper option with prymaxe, so don't think it'll be trackable on parcelforce... was hoping to have it by now!!!
11.

I'm in a similar situation today, sat at work with a shiney OC-07 sat on my desk, counting down the minutes to 5.30

13. ha - only if you'd take my oxfuzz bass as part payment! (half joking half serious!)
14. bump.. BF-2 is the best flanger I have ever tried (I just dont dig flange!!)... £35!
15. times are hard, i guess! I've got a £160 fuzz pedal, practically unused, sat in the classifieds for £80 and not a sniff... definitely a buyers market!!! I'm a little surprised this is still here at £120 though!
16. Delay seems to be a never ending quest for me! I have tried (and subsequently sold on) a BOSS RE-20, DD-3, Catalinbread Echorec, Montavillian, Malekko 300b, Mad Professor DBD, Maxon AD9-Pro, AD-10, MXR Carbon Copy, Subdecay Echobox, EQD Dispatch Master, and I have an EQD Disaster Transport Jr en route to me. It's a sickness, I'm pretty decisive with most types of effect! What I will say is the DD-3 is a great pedal if you just want a solid digital delay, no frills, no oscillations, nothing too shoegazey, just a clear, v digital sounding delay. It you just want to make noise, the carbon copy is a really good analog delay, but was a tad too uncontrollable for me, and quite noisy at longer repeats. It was v close to being the one for me, and I'm hoping the disaster transport jr, with a tone control for the repeats, should do the job, but history is not on my side here
17. bump
18. payments made earlier today (sorry everyone on the list!!)
19. not compared, but i have the blue analog chorus, and i think it sounds fantastic, really lovely pedal, a slightly softer version of the boss ce-5 to my ears. recommended, unless you want the flanger option of the bass version...
20. Echorec sold. Just the flanger, fuzz and drum machine left. Will consider trades for the fuzz (but other dirt/fuzz pedals only please)...
21.
And sold pending payment! I just prefer my Team Awesome Fuzz Machine. Tonally it's in the same ballpark as this one, but everything about it is just slightly more awesome! And I don't know why Spencer called it the "You're Doom", it doesn't really make grammatical sense. "Your Doom", or "You're Doomed", on the other hand, would. But then again, he is a young whippersnapper up with all the latest internetz slang and he did call his compressor the Pwnzor (interwebs for Owner)!
didn't think it would hang around long. get yourself a diabolik (it's quite different to anything else i've tried) - (just replied to your post on talkbass)...
22. gaaar - if i hadn't just bought another delay!! what didn't you like about it?
23. i'd have thought that would be fine, i use a bigger psu these days as i have 5 or 6 pedals, but i used to just have a boss TU-2 which i used to power my old bassdrive in the same way you are considering. it would only be a problem with a power hungry pedal, but a TS-9 won't need loads of power, so i'd think go for it.
24. awesome, will read this now - just ordered one of his delays
