[/quote] interesting! from my experiences with the fuzzrocious rat tail and OSD, I think the knightfall would be more up my street (on the demo it sounded like it had more bass than the OSD too!)... is the TK-421 a custom order only, it's not on the website...

is the knightfall a RAT varient? i watched the bass demo on the COG site last night, and it sounds really good!!

haa, yeah I know - though the odds of me ever deciding on one for long enough to stick it on a board are pretty low!!! I will feel guilty if i ever upgrade and add a ring mod though

surely it'd look better with a minty fresh pearl flanger sat next to it? I used one of the octavers the last time I was in the studio, really great pedals..

the JMJ facial expression when the heliotropic was being played on pedals and effects alone makes me want to buy one, it sounded great. Curious as to what is inside, it sounded quite similar to a muff at some settings.. at others sounded a bit like what I run my brassmater into a muff... tempting though!

yeah I saw the new one, looks great... I wish the rat had worked out, LOVED the etching on that pedal!!! demon stache double would be nice!

The newer GS wasn't half as good... the old one was amazing though

I've been buying and selling pedals a long time now, and my current board does exactly what I want, and I wouldn't change / upgrade any of the 6 pedals on my board. BUT, I would certainly like a big drawer of pedals at home and the list above is pretty close to what I'd plump for (I'd add an old EHX microsynth, a pearl OC-7 and a couple of moogs, probably the filter and the ring mod. Don't need another chorus though)... hours of fun

Toying with getting a phase 100... new price in the UK (shipped) is around £130. Buying from Prymaxe, with their discounts, shipped to a yank works out at £61!!! In fact, buying from Prymaxe will probably only cost me about £80... madness! /rant
