interesting, I've never seen one like the original you have there, though without wanting to be a pedant, there are at least two versions that I know of that are pre that model. One (that I have) is when the comp cut was activated by pulling up the volume knob (and it doesn't mention 'vintage' anywhere), and the earlier was in the full-drive enclosure, so a different colour. good luck with the sale though, and definitely keep one! I'd be interested to compare your earlier model with the one I have -
the one to the right of the whammy is a newish ibanez analog delay... the ES-2 i believe

Here's mine, now with added flange I still think, for how I use everything here, the OC-2 sounds best before dirt, but I do think I'll give it another try post-dirt again soon, just to be sure BF-2 is a beaut, nails that Cure - 'The Holy Hour' tone instantly

nice and compact! so are you another 'OC-2 after dirt' advocate too?? I just don't get on with my OC-2 after o/d or fuzz, but it seems to be how most people run their boards!

Quick question on this pedal... Is there any difference between black knob and white knob bf-2's?? Japanese or not japanese, etc? I know people pay more for old black label versions but do they sound different?? (Listening to faith by the cure this morning tells me that's the flanger i think i want!!) Thanks
