Hi All, As my fund raiser for a pair of new Aguilar cabs continues I'm offering up for sale my Fretless Jazz. I've never gigged it, just used to reacquaint myself with playing fretless, a bit of recording and general noodling at home. Up for grabs is my Squier Vintage Modified Fretless Bass - purchased new in 2011 it is still in very nice condition. I swapped the control knobs for the black ones in the pics but still have the standard chrome domed knobs if you want them. There's one very minor mark on the rear of the upper part of the body and the fingerboard shows a few marks where it was demonstrated with roundwounds fitted - it's currently sporting Thomastik Flats and has done since I bought it. It plays/sounds lovely and is a great, inexpensive way into playing fretless. I'd prefer collection/meet up but would be willing to ship it - I'll get a quote if there's any interest, [s]£200[/s]. £180 Marks on Fingerboard Tiniest mark on rear of body
3. Sunny Day Bermp!
4. Hmm, Tempting! Whereabouts are you based?
5. pm replied - still available.
6. It really is a beaut, I bought it for a specific project (which is now complete), while I love it, I really prefer to play passive basses?! Give me a Fender and I really am a happy boy! This is really very versatile, lightweight (although packs a typical Warwick punch) and I guess it really should tick most the boxes. Somehow I feel a bit self conscious when playing it live (if that makes any sense)? I guess I'd be happy to trade it for another nice old Jazz or Precision, think I should edit the title of the thread to include trade options!
7. Sorry Dude, I can't handle 5's anymore - too heavy for my knackered back!
8. If I can shift my Streamer I'd be seriously tempted by this!
9. Wow! What a guy - purchased a Boss Loop Station from John - fantastic guy to deal with!
10. I believe this is my old Submarine - quite tempted to have it back really - must resist, trying to trim down my pedal collection! Have a bump for an extremely useful and great quality pedal.
11. I purchased a Zoom Recorder from fumps - completely hassle free transaction - cheers dude!
12. Hi Gerben, Thanks for the offer but I'm happy with all the other dirt pedals I have and am really looking to raise funds for a nice Fender I'd spotted, I'm sure someone on here would snap that Rat Tail up! Cheers, Pete
13. Potentially on its way to Denmark! Rat King still calling! :-)
14. BDPG on Hold :-)
15. Jason purchased my Pickle Pie, absolutely hassle free transaction, it doesn't get any better! Thanks!
16. Sorry Simon, I've got a PT2, mini & nano for varying gigs. I'm really keen to raise some funds for another purchase. Cheers for the interest. Pete
17. Yes, it runs on the normal centre negative boss type supply :-)
18. Pickle Pie B sold pending.
19. Hi Folks, Up for grabs is my Warwick Streamer Stage 1 4 string in very nice/near mint condition. I'm tempted to put this on commission sale at The Gallery but can't see me getting into town for a week, so figured I'd offer it here first - they are confident they could achieve £1500, so I'll let it run to gauge interest - I'd accept [s]£1350[/s] [s]£1250 [/s] £1100 ovno. It's a 2000MY Streamer, 18V electronics, MEC pups, gold hardware, neck thru' and aside from a small amount of buckle rash on the back (which doesn't really show up in pics) is unmarked. It came with a Gigbag, although I may be able to find a hardcase for it. Would prefer collection only although would be prepared to post it at buyers expense or could arrange to meet up/deliver for reimbursement of fuel costs. Trade wise I would certainly consider a nice Fireglo Rickenbacker 4001/4003 (are we still allowed to mention those on here?) or a Fender Precision Bass. Try me! The only reason I'm selling is I purchased this to record a, now completed project, I've now spotted another (older) bass on here I really fancy, I know you all love pics, so here's some to whet your whistle's: Edited for price drop and trade options. 20. Doesn't mention whether it comes with a case or not?
21. If you don't want to spend too much I'd probably go with an octave pedal and a fuzz, the two together can give some fairly decent synth sounds and of course, they're each great in their own right.
22. Hi Folks, time for a clearout of surplus to requirements gear - I've spotted something rather tasty in the marketplace which I'd really like to raise some funds for, so these pedals are up for grabs along with my Warwick Streamer Stage 1. Without further a do, here goes: Wobo Loop Inverter - well used and has plenty of mojo to prove it, works perfectly but I have a Wounded Paw V3 Blender which suits my needs better - [s]£45 [/s]£35 Next up is my super rare (in the UK) Prescription Electronics Depth Charge - IMO probably the best fuzz pedal ever - reason for selling? I have two of them (one Blue & one Orange), this one hasn't left my studio and therefore has had very light use and is in very near mint condition - [s]£200[/s] [s]£180[/s] £160 First of my Fuzzrocious pedals next - BDPG in Kid Paint, purchased new last year this has only had light use in studio, very nice condition - [s]£80[/s] SOLD Next up is my Rat King - again studio use only, really nice condition although this does have a very light scuff on the side of the casing (I'm a bit picky tbh) - [s]£200 £180 [/s]£160 Last of the Fuzzrocious pedals for sale (I'm keeping my Oh See Demon, Stache & Tremorslo) is the Dark Driving, this has seen a fair bit of action but is in good condition - [s]£80 [/s]£60 Currently on Hold Mojo Hand Huckleberry V2 - very nice condition - [s]£70 [/s]£60 Way Huge Green Rhino - Fantastic condition, studio use only (boxed with all the bits) - £70 Crowther Audio Prunes & Custard - Fantastic condition, studio use only (boxed) - [s]£130 [/s]£115 Sold Wren & Cuff Pickle Pie B - Fantastic condition, studio use only (boxed) - [s]£100[/s] SOLD DOD Meatbox FX32 - Mint Condition, boxed, not sure whether I actually want to part with this yet - [s]£200[/s] [s]£180 [/s]£160 With the exception of the Dod and Prunes & Custard, all of these pedals have had velcro applied, I'm happy to carefully remove before posting should you wish, otherwise it'll be left on. Please note shipping is not included, I would anticipate postage to cost around £8 - £10 to mainland UK for most of the pedals, the more valuable pedals will be sent insured/signed for and I'd anticipate these would cost somewhere around £15ish (to mainland UK). I'm not really looking for any trades although I could possibly be tempted by the following: Tech 21 VT Bass V2 Wren & Cuff TFR Subdecay Proteus, Prometheus or Quasar (DLX) Strymon pedals - Blue Sky/El Capistan (bit rare over here I know) I'm generally very busy during the day, but I will respond to pm's on a first come first served basis so please bear with me!
23. I'll take this please, pm incoming.
24. +1, I love mine and this is very keenly priced as well! I'm amazed this is still here!? GLWTS
