  12. just love my Gibson EB and my Epiphone EB,never would of dreamed of useing them a couple of years ago,things change/move on? If its working for you,stick with it..

Hi I have a Hartke 3500 used it for ever,its done close to 60 gigs since April,now it needs some of the controls put back on the front,twit head here has managed to snap off the three controlls,left side of amp,plus thinking its in need of a check over.Anyone know of a repair shop?South of England way...or do I just buy a new one? would it be cheeper..
  18. great topic this yes I have owned a lot of high end basses,and sold them all,only because I had to,being skint,also the same with amps ect,I brought a Epiphone EB3 on a whim,just to see what it was like,its now my go to bass,its not that great but not at all bad,it does the job,sits in the mix,and I think it looks good.

  20. Hi just love these LTDs have had a couple,they do the job real well,all types of music,would recomend over other makes,at all price levels.
  21. yes been through all types of amps,all brought on the GAS,but I allways sound like me,wierd or what,but the choice of speaker is where the tone is ,depending on the band,and material. Just my thoughts
  22. In the van! most arrangments are done this way,any changes to the songs done at the bar,hehe ,but once in a blue moon the local studios,todate one rehearsal in six months,but thats just us..
  23. Hartke 3500 and a old,very old Trace cab,15 and a 10, (thinking shes about 1985ish) lives in the van,gosh its a weight,also as a spare a tc500 and a pair of 2x12,which only use for depping,home use.But at the end of the year,thinking of going light weight

Tune mine befor the start,then check befor the start of the next sets,mostly its in tune,but the ride in the van always leaves it flat .Strap lock came off a couple of weeks ago.just as I spun around,bass up in the air,across the stage,landed,very loud sound,quess what...... .totally out of tune hehe sorry
